I have to say I've dealt with alot of real estate compainies in PA. I started with a well known realtor but wasn't treated right in any way. Pocono Premier treated me like royalty from beginning to end and even after the closing.
PROS: If you want to be well taken care of - I would use them.

They told me how nice you were and guided them correctly and lead them in the right direction (sorry but no matter how old your kids get you worry about them lol) you weren't like your typical real estate agents, that don't care about people, just want to sell or rent no matter what. THEY LOVE THAT HOUSE, AND MY DAUGHTER CANNOT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT.
